Effective date: August 19, 2026

Welcome to the website of Northbridge, LLC (“Northbridge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.northbridge.llc and any related pages, forms, or tools we operate (together, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About this Site

The Site provides general information about Northbridge and our land development activities. Nothing on the Site is an offer, solicitation, or commitment to buy, sell, develop, or finance any property, lot, or interest, and nothing on the Site creates a contract, agency relationship, partnership, or joint venture between you and Northbridge. Any actual transaction will be governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by authorized representatives of the parties.

2. No professional advice

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, real estate, engineering, tax, or professional advice. You should consult your own qualified advisors before making decisions about your property or any transaction. Northbridge does not guarantee that any information on the Site is current, complete, or accurate.

3. Property submissions and inquiries

If you submit information about a property, an inquiry about lots, or any other message through the Site (for example, through a “Tell Us About Your Land,” contact, or broker form), you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. Submitting information does not obligate Northbridge to respond, to evaluate or pursue any property, or to enter into any transaction, and it does not obligate you to sell or transact.

Please do not send confidential or proprietary information through the Site expecting it to be treated as confidential. Unless we have a signed written confidentiality agreement with you, information you submit is not considered confidential, and no confidential or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the Site. We may use submissions to evaluate opportunities and to contact you.

4. Careers submissions

If you submit a resume, application, or other materials in connection with employment, you confirm the information is truthful and that you may share it. Submitting materials does not create an offer of employment or any obligation on either party. We handle applicant information as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Northbridge name and marks, photographs, renderings, and design — are owned by Northbridge or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print Site content for your own informational, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to: violate any law; infringe others’ rights; submit false, misleading, or unlawful information; upload malware or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; scrape or harvest data by automated means without permission; or use the Site in any way that could damage or overburden it.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northbridge and its affiliates, and their officers, employees, and agents, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Northbridge and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
